Refund policy

At Winner Cycling USA we want to provide you with the best products and service when choosing your cycling clothing. We know how important comfort is but we also understand that errors can occur when choosing the size or shipping. That is why we offer you the opportunity to make exchanges and returns.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer money refunds for returned items. We offer store credit for any items you are not satisfied with. Online credits are emailed to the email used when making payment.

In the case of a return, the cost of the shipping label will be automatically deducted from the return amount. It may take one or two business days after receiving the product to process. Refund is based on the purchase price of the product and does not include shipping and handling costs.

Once we receive your returned package, a member of our returns department team will inspect it and issue you an online credit.

There Are No Exchanges For Discontinued Merchandise, Final Closeouts, Gift Cards Or Customized Products, No Exceptions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@winnercyclingusa.com and sand we will provide you with the return address.

Please allow 5 business days for our returns department to process your return once it reaches us.
